It depends on where you are and which warehouse the item ships from, and we would rather say that than print a number we cannot keep. Your confirmation email carries the order reference; ask us with it and we will tell you where the parcel is.

Because that product comes in options — sizes, colours — and they are not all the same price. The “from” figure is the cheapest one. Choose the option on the product page and the price becomes the real one before you add it to your basket; we never charge you the cheapest option for something else you picked.

No. Guest checkout is offered as an equal choice at the till, not as a link hidden under a sign-up form, and it is not a lesser version — you get the same order, the same confirmation and the same rights.

That is right — there is not one. We email you a link that signs you in, which means there is no password to forget, to reuse, or for anyone to steal from us. The link works once and expires after an hour.

Yes, and you have fourteen days from the parcel arriving to say so without giving a reason. Returns & Refunds sets out how, what the exceptions are, and when the money reaches you.

Tell us and we will replace or refund it in full, postage both ways. That is separate from changing your mind and is not limited to fourteen days. A photograph usually saves you posting it back at all.

We never see them. Paying hands you to our payment provider’s own secure page, and no card number touches this shop at any point — which is also why we cannot look one up for you.

Every price on the site is in euro, including delivery and any tax we charge.
