Returns & Refunds

Last reviewed 21 September 2026

Draft for legal review. This text is a working draft for Paw & co and has not been checked by a lawyer. Anything marked like this is a client fact that is still missing. It must not be relied on, and the shop must not take an order until counsel has signed it off.

Changed your mind

You have fourteen days from the day your parcel arrives to tell us you want to send it back, and you do not have to give a reason. You then have another fourteen days to actually post it.

Tell us at contact email — an email is enough, and there is no form to fill in. Say what you are returning and the order reference from your confirmation.

Getting your money back

We refund within fourteen days of the goods reaching us, to the card or account you paid with. Nothing else has to happen first.

The refund includes the standard delivery you paid on the way out. If you chose a faster service than our standard one, we refund the standard rate rather than the upgrade.

Sending it back

Returns go to Georgiou Griva Digeni 43, Floor 2, Limassol, 3106, Cyprus. Pack it so it survives the trip; until it reaches us it is still your parcel, and damage in transit comes off the refund.

Return postage is who pays return postage.

You can open a box and look at what is inside — the test is whether you handled it more than you would in a shop. Something used beyond that comes back as a reduced refund rather than a refusal, and we will tell you the amount before we process it.

Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered

This is separate from changing your mind and is not limited to fourteen days. If something arrives broken, faulty or simply is not what you ordered, tell us and we will replace it or refund it in full, including postage both ways.

A photograph usually saves you posting it back at all.

What cannot be returned

Sealed items that are not suitable for return once opened for health or hygiene reasons — food, treats, bedding and litter — cannot be sent back once the seal is broken. Unopened, they can.

Anything made or personalised to your order is also excluded, because it cannot be sold to anyone else.

These are the statutory exceptions. Nothing here removes a right you have by law.
