Prices and currency

All prices are shown in euro and include our margin. Where a product has options, the listed price is the cheapest option and is shown as “from”; the price you pay is the option you choose.

The price and availability of every item are checked against our supplier before payment is taken. If either has changed, we tell you before you are charged.

Delivery

We ship worldwide from our supplier’s warehouses, so delivery times vary by destination. The estimate for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Any import duty or tax charged when your parcel enters your country is payable by you. Duty and customs handling.

Cancelling and returning

If you are in the EU or the UK you may cancel within fourteen days of receiving your order, for any reason, and return it for a refund. Items made to your specification are the exception.

Return postage is who pays return postage. Send returns to Georgiou Griva Digeni 43, Floor 2, Limassol, 3106, Cyprus, and we refund within fourteen days of receiving them.

If something is wrong with it

Your legal rights are unaffected by anything on this page. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, tell us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Liability cap.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus, and disputes go to its courts.

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may refer it to the European Commission’s directory of consumer dispute resolution bodies, at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.
